I need your help. I have been asked to nominate my favourite of all the songs that I have submitted to AMPed, the weekly podcast of the Association of Music Podcasting, to be played on AMPed 100 in a few weeks time. I've narrowed the field down to 5 songs, and I'm asking you to vote. To vote please send me an e-mail on this link

Svelte - Cat's Paw

Bluesy rock from this 3 piece from NZ. This one was played on AMPed 46

The Free Press - Storms

Submitted to AMPed, this is a great song by a four piece from Toronto, Canada.

A Band Called Quinn - Baby When I See Your Eyes

ABCQuinn are from Glasgow. I submitted this song to AMPed 62.

Jaq Gallier - Undone

Jaq is from LA. I submitted this excellent acoustic song to AMPed 70

The New Black - Karenin's Smile

These guys from Melbourne sound like the Buzzcocks, well that's what I think. I submitted this great pop song with a thumping beat to AMPed 43

Send me those votes!

This week, for soundbed music I used Mrs Otisphere by Cagey House.
The title music is by Tragic Shell Suit Disaster.

I'm even worse than you at making decisions, Gabor - so this is VERY difficult to call. I'll email you a decision soon. Needless to say that all 5 made for a great show, and it was a treat to hear these again.

And Caroline, you caused me to get some funny looks on the bus this morning - I snorted loudly before I got myself under control when you made your 'bog' slip up. Utterly brilliant - and you know then how hysterics can be catching, so I was having to work very hard to try not to join in with the laughs as you dissolved when trying again...
